During open enrollment, you can:

• Change from one Part D plan to another Part D plan
• Change from one Medicare Advantage plan (PFFS, PPO, HMO) to another Medicare Advantage plan
• Change from Medicare Advantage to Original Medicare and enroll in a Part D plan
• Add a Part D plan if you didn't have one before, but you may have to pay a late enrollment penalty — ask your SHICK conselor for details
